Handmade wooden cooking tools, made from sustainably forested local lumber, usually virgin offcuts. treated with Tried & True Danish Oil, an all-natural, foodsafe finish.

Made by hand using a planing jig, hand plane, and the smallest of offcuts from the cutting board and rolling pin manufacturing, often only 3/8” thick.

Each board is made by carefully selecting pieces of similar lengths and blending colors, then milling and side-laminating the pieces, before milling the finished board only to remove imperfections. As much size and thickness as possible is preserved, so that no two boards are the same size or appearance.

Commissioned as a 30th wedding anniversary gift, made out of a single piece of walnut.
